Excellent service from the branch leader. Only a 10 minute wait.

I opened a checking account with a personal check. I then discovered that if I did a wire transfer I would have my money available the next day instead of 7 to 10 days. I transferred several thousand dollars and stopped payment on the check. My account never had a negative balance and I verified that the money was in my account before I did the stop payment. A fraud analyst, whom I am not allowed to speak with, froze my account and called it fraud. This happened 12 days ago and I still can't get any of my funds. I have no availability for my funds and bills are due. The analyst claims I am in the negative because they only looked at the stop payment and not the wire transfers. No one is helping. I suggest you use another bank.

Since opening my account I have had nothing but issues with this bank. They have policy that should be looked over by the better business bureau and the FDIC. I have had every payroll check held for 5+ days at a time, over Christmas I had a check held for 12 days. My time with them has been well over their 30 day requirement. I currently have a check on hold and no one seems to be able to help me or explain why it’s being held only because they can is how I’m hearing it. I’ve spoken to customer service representatives and supervisors. I haven’t been able to eat, put gas in my car, or live comfortably. I feel targeted, misinformed, and down right used. They have no back up policy for peoples checks being held, they say you can get a portion of your check released but I have yet to see that. They don’t see you as a person just as a number and if you are okay with working 40+ hours a week to not have access to your funds this bank is for you. I have never been treated this bad before It is humiliating and disgraceful.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PERSON, ONLY YOUR MONEY.
