    Pésima atención al cliente, con una cita para las 10:00 y eran las 11:00 y aún no me atendían y solo me digeron espera ahí , habían más de 5 trabajadores y solo dos clientes siendo atendidos, espero que nadie más llegue a este banco a pasar tan mal rato .

    I just went through the drive thru to deposit my paycheck which I have been at the same employer for almost 2 years depositing the same check. I asked to do a split deposit some in checking and some in savings. After making me wait for 20 plus minutes in the drive thru with 6 cars behind me, they said I could not do so. They stated the check must clear first, which I know from my 7 years of banking experience. I was not withdrawing cash therefore the check could be split, a transaction I have done numerous times throughout my banking history. They really need to put their staff through more extensive training

    Be prepared to wait, lack of customer service. Drive thru is 100% recommended.

    I never heard ...not being able to get rolls of Quarters at your own Bank.. Absolutely ridiculous !!!! Where am I suppose to get my Quarters ?? I will be changing my Bank !!!
