Worst experience ever since the switch to Truist! I have had BB&T since high school. I never had a problem until the switch. My bank account settings were changed by Truist without them acknowledging me about it. I have tried to make changes through them about my account but the same issue is now occurring. Truist is not reliable like when it was BB&T. Not sure if I want to keep banking with them.
