It’s very hard to get someone on the phone and usually don’t call back. That’s the only problem I have.

Branch Manager K is the worst! There is no one past her to talk to and she does NOT help or care if your account is messed up! Worst experience ever since the switch to Truist! I have had BB&T since high school. I never had a problem until the switch. My bank account settings were changed by Truist without them acknowledging me about it. I have tried to make changes through them about my account but the same issue is now occurring. Truist is not reliable like when it was BB&T. Not sure if I want to keep banking with them.

Worst service ever. If you have a business, bank elsewhere. Their drive through does not care to help you even if they have no other customers.
