    I will be closing all of my Truist accounts next week and moving to South Atlantic Bank. It's shocking how bad Truist's ATMs are. Drove here from a different ATM of theirs that was not working. Then, at this one it kept spitting out 20s so I had to enter $200 in 20s one bill at a time. Will get home an hour late today because of Truist's chronic dysfunction. I've encountered broken trust ATMs in multiple states over years. I'm tired of the busted ATMs, I'm tired of the fees, I'm gone!

    Dan was awesome to work with. He made my loan experience easy and quick and had such a great attitude. 100% would prefer to do all my banking at this branch.

    Saw me waiting to speak to the branch manager. After a half hour I asked her if she was going to wait on me and she just sat there. You need some good customer service.

    My renter went into this branch to deposit his rent check, like he's done since 2006. He carries a card which has my information including the last 4 digits of my account number. The teller posted his money to someone else's account. Once the error was caught my renter went in the next day and spoke with a man named "JK". I tried to reach "JK" and left a message. I spoke with "JL" she passed me off to "TB" It's been almost a week and the bank has not put the money back into my account and is not providing status updates either. Think twice before banking with BB&T, they lack good customer service and common sense.
