  I would leave no stars if possible. We went in to renew 2 of our CDs. The girl rudely asked for our debit card - no "hello", no "how can I help you". She seemed put out that we didn't have debit cards, no polite conversation, we felt unwelcomed. She gave us the renewed paperwork unsigned. I mentioned that the bank associate always signs the renewed CD paperwork and she told me I was wrong. There was no "is there anything else I can help you with"....just an eye roll type of attitude from her directed to us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made me want to withdraw all my $ and go somewhere else. If you don't like your job - quit, don't take it out on your customers.

  I’m writing to express my outrage over a recent experience at TD Bank’s drive-through. I came to cash a check and withdraw a small amount from an account that’s primarily managed by my mother, though I’m listed on it. What should’ve been a simple transaction turned into an unnecessarily humiliating ordeal, thanks to the teller, Joanne. From the moment I handed her my ID, she was dismissive and rude. She sighed loudly, questioned my address with a condescending tone, and said I really need to get the fixed. When she saw there weren’t enough funds to cash the check, she held it up to the window like I was supposed to feel ashamed, then smugly asked if I “understood how it works.” Her tone was degrading, and her attitude was completely unprofessional. I understand bank policies. What I don’t accept is being treated like less than a human being for simply trying to pay my rent. Joanne’s behavior was not just rude—it was demeaning. That is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone. Someone needs to speak to her and make it clear: basic respect is not optional.

  Well one good thing about moving and the bank where one has an account has locations around! Been a TD bank customer for years, and hope to continue to be able to use this bank! Went here on Monday August 4th 2025 to deposit a check into my account. When we got there, the bank was closed, but I was going to use the ATM anyways. So the ATM is located in the drive through, so my mom parked, I got out of the car, and deposited my check. I had to reinsert it about 4 times to get it to deposit! When it finally did, I was relieved. No holds and got my money posted in my account right away. Maybe would try going inside next time.
