I only knew bc when I went to the other one on oak st the receptionists hold me that my money had to be transferred. No one called me to tell me. The branch was out of my way from my house. Not to long ago I had to do a money transfer today A bill. After 4 days I noticed that my money wasn't there. I called back and my advisor says that he somehow forgot to send it. So my bill was late. Bc he somehow didn't see the note.
