Worst customer service ever at a bank. Not because the teller isn't nice but because there are literally only two employees in the bank and they are unable to serve everyone. As a Client Services Manager myself, I cannot imagine running a business like that. Your customers have their money in your bank and you should prioritize them with account issues. I will be closing all my accounts and going to a different bank. Absolutely ridiculous and Joyce is the manager is no where to be found.

I cashed a commission check and needed to put it in my mother's account. I even had her deposit slip from her checking account. I cashed the check from the lady and then she said I couldn't deposit it. So mine went back up there and put it in the night box because it was after 5:00 so no one would get an nsf charge between the two different banks that we banked at. She waited until the next day to let that check process. Purposefully that's the only other reason it could be because cash goes in directly that day. At least a portion of it does and the bank manager would not let me do it. Conway national was totally appalled that truest would do. It took off our nsfe at Conway national Bank and next week when I get my commission check I'll be closing my account because of that stores manager. And if she's not the manager, she's the lady with the glasses behind the counter and curly dark hair. I didn't catch her name because I was so appalled at her dismissive reaction to my trying to explain the situation. She dismissed me all together. I've never been treated so poorly at a bank establishment in my life.

Im offering a 5 Start review. Because there is no option for a negative -5 Star. Why? Some may ask. Because you purchased BB&T which was even worse than you. If I were to make a suggestion, print your own $36 dollar bills, as a was a dinethenlllmeans. Maybe taken second during company executive meetings and stop pretending robbing the poor trying to ad to your revenue as business owners with accounts entrusted for better or worse.
