  They badgered us for over an hour trying to upsell us on their financial lady Tiffany when we just wanted to reopen an account and deposit a check. It wasted so much of our time. They were dishonest in their policies after I did everything discussed. This was a miserable experience from start to finish. Honestly would recommend any other bank. When things go through, will be yanking it out and moving banks. Just lost a loyal TD customer because of this branch. Nathan the bank manager is the main reason for this.

  The ladies in the offices helped me out soooo much when my account was hacked. I can't remember the one lady who spent hours and days to get my money back. It was so bad day after day going to the bank. Finally we closed that account and opened a whole new one. Most of it that was taken was from California. Ubers...ring doorbell...food. Even though I kept changing my password they still stole but after we got my new account I have been fine. I truly appreciated their help.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. The bank manager there, Nathan, should not be a manager. I went in there and referred someone to get an account there,(this was my third referral for the bank) and the other two referrals, I received a code upfront to get myself and the other new account holders a bonus. Long story short, (because it WAS a long hassle) he set up the account and never gave us the code. He then avoided and/or didn't return our calls, which prompted me to call and speak with Corporate. They said that he could still make good with it all...but again, he didn't want to return a phone call. When we finally DID speak to him nearly a month later, he said it was OUR problem and we should have asked for the code to begin with. He said it was their policy to not give bonuses unless people inquire. Come again? He saw I was bringing in a new customer, and the other branches I dealt with were more than happy to make sure we got our promotional bonuses. This guy acted like the money was coming out of his pocket. Then he tells us, "I can see in the notes you tried to complain and get me in trouble....guess that didn't work, huh?" Well, you know...it's a small bonus, so we will let it go...but it's the principle of the situation...and quite frankly Mr. Manager, you've shown you have no solid principles. Never banking at that branch again.

  Terrible! I opened an on line account 11 days ago! I still cannot access this account! Many phone calls made regarding this issue. As of today, the account is CLOSED....No confidence in this establishment, zero, nada, zip!
