- DDDavidJul 26, 20241.0Very sad. Wouldn't recommend ashley to anyone. I had to tell her things numerous times and she was still getting stuff wrong. I asked a couple questions about a new car I bought and was told o that's fine you can still apply for the mortage. Then magically the car was a problem. Which the car loan was threw anderson. Then she waited 5 days before the closing date to do her job I guess because I was then asked to put the car I recently bought into someone else's name. Which would of made the payment even higher. All to get it off my credit which was the only thing on my credit and I had over 800 credit score with a previous mortgage on there which was paid on time and paid off. 5 days before the closing so I had to pay a appraisal fee and lawyer fees for the title work. I lost 1000.00 dollars because they waited 5 days before closing. There was allot of other stuff that didn't make sense that they were trying to do. And they approved the person who I was going to put the cars name in. Which made no sense she didn't even make enough money a month to pay her car payment and the new car payment. Makes you wonder.
