- SHSharon HenryJun 21, 20185.0The bankers at Wells Fargo Coleman Blvd. and Broad Street assisted me in charging back a "purchase" in which the product was never shipped to me. They made the process easy for me. That unethical merchant had no shipping invoice to provide to Wells Fargo, so Wells Fargo returned $1000 to my account. In direct contrast, my other bank, USAA in San Antonio TX, refused to request a copy of the shipping invoice, kept another charge on my account, and pinned me to the mat so the scammers could pick my pocket. If you have a USAA credit card, cancel it. Change over to our Wells Fargo bank. Our local people will treat you right.
