Long story short, they delayed our closing by nearly a month due to incompetence on their part. They have terrible communication - always out of town, sick or simply just aren't there. They've ignored and not returned calls. I never knew what was actually going on with my loan. Even after a formal complaint was filled, they still failed to reach out. They "overlooked" documents that were sent to them literally 2 months prior to when they reached out saying they never received them. We would then fwd the original email with the time stamp, but it was to no avail. At one point they claimed we cancelled our loan process, which was never the case (though looking back we probably should have). I don't have a positive thing to share about my experience with them. If you go through them for a mortgage, all I have to say is good luck!
