They screwed up and they said you can do Saturday and Saturday morning I came to this branch and they refused to do wire transfer The only person helping me was Shannan But the guy name Mark he was rude and not professional guy I don’t know why Wells Fargo keeps unprofessional and rude guy like him
- EEEJAug 28, 20251.0They refuse to perform basic services that other Wells Fargo branches provide. Unless you need dummy items performed by an ATM machine, save your time by going to a real Wells Fargo branch (such as the one on Orleans Road in West Ashley) instead of dealing with this one.
- NMNatalee mJun 30, 20251.0I was told by customer service to come into my local branch and have a form they sent me faxed to corporate. I did this, but apparently part of the form was cut off so they asked me to go back in and do it again. I delay getting into work so I can get there at 9 AM when the bank opens and I’m now informed that they won’t fax my document. This is the first branch to tell me this, I explained that I’ve had it faxed before and was still told they can’t and that I should go to Staples. Thank you for wasting my time and turning a quick errand into a 30 minute trip. Wells Fargo has provided me with the worst customer service, sending me on multiple wild goose chases. Today at this branch was the tipping point and I plan to never bank with them again.
