- GCGouper CMar 18, 20231.0Horrible bank!, Stay away. Ordered checks, no tracking, “ guess you should cancel them”. I never received them and charged me $35.00 to cancel. Reported fraud activity and cancelled card on phone , person could barely speak English… “fraud” dept. open M-Fri. To talk w/someone at bank. Deducted fraud crg, then reinstated crg x2 again w/out talking to me . Website now has huge SCAM alert but bank charged me twice w/ zero merch ever sent to me stay away from this unethical bunch . Would give a minus 5 if available !!!
