This bank wasted a full year of my time and money. Last November, I sat down with a banker for about 30 minutes. He clearly told me I would get 5% interest for one year on my CD. We even did the math together on how much I would earn after 12 months – around $700+. That was the ONLY reason I agreed to leave my money there. Almost a year later, I find out the CD is actually at 0.05%. That’s not a small mistake – that’s the total opposite of what I was told. I feel completely misled and scammed. I closed my CD and my checking account on the spot. I will never bank here again. I’m writing this so other people don’t get trapped the way I did. If you open any account here, read every single number on the contract very carefully and NEVER rely on what they “tell” you at the desk. In my experience, what they promised and what they actually put on paper were two very different things.

Julian Castillo went above and beyond to help me with an account issue. Calm and relaxing space, people are friendly and I’ve utilized their notary service a few times as well. Not often I come into a branch but always a good experience. Thanks Julian!

I went into the bank today and Serenity was extremely rude to me. No eye contact, an attitude with every question that I asked her and she treated me like I was bothering her and she even refused service to me for asking questions. I know one of the other tellers so I waited for him to get off of a phone call and he was very kind and helped me as he always does! The only reason I go to this branch is for Julian. He is amazing . And as a 41-year-old this was my worst in person banking experience of my life. And I do not appreciate Serenity being rude to me in front of my six-yer -old son. If she's unhappy and does not like her job she does not need to work with people in a customer service role. I hope to avoid her at all times in the future.

Does anyone even work here? multiple calls and voicemails to branch and branch manager, no answer no response, no return calls.

Terribly unhelpful and rude. A branch representative here, Julian Castillo, literally told me "sir, I can't help you if I don't know you" about charges on my account. Quite possibly the most stunning response I've ever gotten from a place of business much less a bank. I hope they find better manners and morals for their own sake.
