I stood there for a hot minute before I banker looked up from her desk and asked what she could do. 2 people sitting at the teller line and 1 tall gentleman at the printer didn't even bother to speak. The young lady who helped me was very nice and I will only deal with her when I need something done. As someone who works in banking, I'd never not greet my customers when they walk in. This needs to be fixed.

Drive through line didn't work for me the second time because the car in front of me must have been involved in a complicated transaction as I waited 10 minutes before bailing. There's no acceptable reason for this bank's branch office to be closed. My exercise studio has been open since May with no issues. My doctor's office manages to function. A bank branch with tellers standing behind high counters has no excuse for not serving customers properly.
