It claimed it for security purposes but gave me no other way to resolve the issue unless I contact my bank. I used under 50 bills, as it asks. Nobody was working when I made the deposit, so I am without a means of purchases in case of an emergency. I am considering switching banks altogether at this point. I have never had such a ridiculous instance happen when I simply wanted to make a deposit. It shouldn't be such a hassle.
