  I very rarely leave reviews, however, this location is most deserving of one! In particular, I would like to commend Amelia Doerr. She has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with my business banking needs, always offering solutions and support. I never feel like I am walking into a bank; instead, it feels like I'm stopping in to see friends! This branch does a great job at fostering a positive environment. Everyone is so personable and professional.

  Unfortunately I can’t put a 0 (zero) as a rating, they smile so that you will have an account and then they treat you like garbage. And if that is the word that describes how the women who serve in this branch treat their customers, or is it only with those who are not Americans? Anyway, I am a customer in other banks, and the service is very good, I opened an account at this branch because it is quite close to my house, but for 7 months the only thing they have caused me are problems, an extremely slow and complex system, they never have cash, I must almost ask them for permission to withdraw my money. The service is terrible, I am quite disappointed how there can be such aggressive, lying and rude people attending a bank. I hope that a representative will pay attention to this complaint and do something, because the Manager does nothing.

  Very happy with the customer service at the Mt Pleasant branch. Mrs Doerr has been very helpful and expeditious with all of my banking needs.
