Katie went above and beyond, helping me out. The entire location and staff left very pleasant and welcoming impression. I am glad to have such a great team in my neighbourhood and definitely will not be taking my business to any other.

Each overdraft fee is a DIFFERENT AMOUNT. $144, $108, $72. So unclear and inconsistent. Calling the number doesn’t help. They always try to transfer me to the location, they never answer or call back from our messages.
