Went to the branch and waited 15 minutes in line out front before I was told I could not enter without an appointment, and that I needed to go through the drive through. Once I got to the tube and sent my information to the teller, waited over 20 minutes without any communication from a teller. Frustrated, I pushed the call button and requested all items back. I left after spending over an hour physically at the bank and never managed to transfer the money.
