Now, with all this, they spontaneously notified my ailing mother that they are CLOSING an account with a few thousand $ in it. Wow!! Pure spite! Watch your back, they are NOT what they seem!!! Earlier: They charge you multiple overdraft fees within a day, they do not offer modern services such as mobile deposits, they WILL SIT on your money giving you maybe $100, then a week later a portion more, then another week later another amount…after it bounces in and out of your account and then the national number has no clue and defers you to call the local bank…who doesn’t answer. Wow!! Simply outrageous! They have totally lost my business…apparently not that they wanted it in the first place. 😒

Don’t work there anymore but I still bank with United community, no matter how long it has been between my inside visits they have always remembered my name , and greet me with a smile . I had my identity stolen , and they were efficient on getting to the bottom of it . And handled it in every way . I didn’t even stress. My car loan is thru them also .with a good interest rate .I don’t understand why everyone isn’t using this bank . ....
