Melissa was very informative while handling my wife and I needs on our first visit to the branch. We were impressed with her expertise and her suggestion to assist us with our tasks. She didn't take a lot of our time and had us in and out in a timely manner. Her hospitality and respect shown to us was second to none. We appreciate good ole fashion customer service and Melissa checked all the boxes. While we don't visit the branch often, I wanted to share my experience as it was above my expectations.
