This particular branch always only has one teller working the lobby. I went in this morning because I had multiple transactions & did not want to tie up the drive thru. There was one teller, and she was helping a customer, and there was a gentleman waiting in line in front of me. The gentleman in front of me was sighing and huffing and puffing the whole entire time that I was in there so I have a feeling that he had been waiting a while. I was in line for 10 minutes while the one teller assisted the customer that she was helping when I arrived. When that person left, the gentleman in front of me started walking towards her and she said I’ll be right back with you and she left. I don’t know where she went but she was gone for a solid 5 minutes. When she came back out, she was doing something on her computer and then there was another bank employee that came over and was helping her do something on her computer never once did they say I’m sorry this is taking so long or we’ll be right with you or anything. After standing there for 20 minutes I had to leave. This branch is the only one I pass every day on my daily commute. First thing Monday morning I will be transferring all of my accounts from Truist to a completely different bank because this is just ridiculous & bad customer service!

Next to impossible to get in touch with anyone at this bank via phone call to ask a simple question. I shouldn’t have to come to the branch to ask a question.

This branch has very rude tellers. It’s not uncommon to sit at the drive-through window for 5 minutes or more before someone acknowledges that you are there.

The bank name has changed through the years. I’ve been a customer almost 40 years. I absolutely love the branch in Mauldin. The workers are kind and helpful. I’ve always had good experiences with SunTrust. Best of all, top notch is the Branch Manger, Candace. She is a joy to work with.
