Next to impossible to get in touch with anyone at this bank via phone call to ask a simple question. I shouldn’t have to come to the branch to ask a question.

I wish I saw the reviews before coming to this branch. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away and was assigned this area for work last week. I had some downtime so I stopped by this location to get a new business card since my card was damaged. There isn’t a Truist bank where I live by the way. When I walked around 9:30-10am there were no customers inside so I sat for a second then a mid aged caucasian lady that was a teller asked if she could assist me. I told her my card was bent and I needed a replacement card. I accidentally keyed in the wrong pin so it’s showing that the card is blocked and won’t allow me to order one on the app. She assisted me for maybe 2 minutes the most . A customer came up and as soon as he entered she immediately brushed me off and said she would call the 1-800 number to get me a replacement card. I didn’t understand why she couldn't just call someone else to assist me instead of rushing to assist someone else while there were other tellers around. Regardless if it was an appointment or not I still should’ve been taken care of before leaving that building. I was upset but didn’t even say anything I just left. So I called the 1-800 number again and explained what happened and they apologized and said only the branch could assist since my card was blocked. So today I got off early again and passed a Truist bank in Williamston. I went in and said the same thing. A teller named Logan Franks assisted me and he was nice and patient. He explained to me what happened with my acccount and was thankful to assist me. I walked out of there today with a replacement card as well as a new card and pin within 15 minutes. I say all of this to say treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. Many people have no problem traveling for better service and I am one of them. I would never visit this bank even if it was the last bank left on earth. I wouldn’t recommend this location!

Always long lines. Manager wasn’t even able to complete a bank transfer. Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating.

This is for the company not so much this actual location. Brian at this branch helped me close my account and he worked with me as much as he could. Thats the only positive thing about this company. I've had the worst experiences with this bank. I wasnt able to use my card at the atm so I had to always pay atm fees. I've had fraudulent charges on my card and they kept giving me different answers on the phone. The app was always messing up so I could pay my cards off most the time through the app. I was with BBT and I thought the merger would help but it did the opposite so I closed my account with them. I've been with this bank for 8 years now.
