- MHM HardeeAug 25, 20251.0Bank with this bank at this location for decades until recently when I encountered the following issues: 1. Apparently bank rules vary from one location to next according to lead team supervisor at headquarters. 2. Local branch manager has an attitude, insults and stop teller from completing tranactions. Even walked in to her standing across room talking to teller about me. Once she figured out I had bank headquarter customer service 9n phone started shouting several times I was not telling truth and would not complete withdrawal transaction till I hung up with customer service. 3. No signs displays information about checks deposited stating hold on type of check nor amount. 4. Even though money in bank the bank will return checks without notifying customer. 5. Now wants to send code to your phone for you to tell them a code before completing deposits or withdrawals instead of checking valid government ID. 6. Bank fails to follow up once complaint has been made in a timely manner.
