I've never been treated so poorly or gotten so many different stories about their policies. The hours are also inconvenient if you work. Sadly, this seems to be more than a single branch issue. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

I absolutely love this branch (hwy 76). Everyone that works there is always ready to help and with a smile on their face. This bank makes me feel like family.
- JJJayJun 14, 20231.0Ive had " bad experiences " at this BANK. "Bank Tellers " are hostile and have "poor dispositions !" I feel that there is" no emotional connection " with this location! Inspite of all this , I will be searching for a different "bank " that doesn't have all this CALAMITY AS I HAVE MENTIONED! The BANKING STAFFING is "sporadically bias" towards me as well ! The CURRENT TELLERS appear to use their unpleasant DISPOSITIONS to their advantage ,to have a "condescending" way of conducting their way of doing! I am left with NO OTHER CHOICE to make complaints to , BANK HEAD QUARTERS inregards to all this.
