- KCKayla CombsDec 18, 20241.0I went to ATM And I had problems with the ATM it would not spit back out my money because It said an error So I called the number on the receipt the claim department Sitting there in the bank parking lot With my 2 kids and my mother on the phone with the claim department of the bank And I was almost done trying to get my claim number and everything and the lady that comes out of the bank says I'm gonna call the cops And I said you can give me a minute please I said that I was still on the phone with the claim department That bank is so rude she was talking to me so rude it is ridiculous She could have came out and said it nicerIt's the lady that everybody knows that works there for years the blonde head woman with the wavy hairI can't think of her name right this moment Something needs to be done about it And I made a claim On her.
