My money is constantly missing, I was denied a beginner credit card for not having credit when the ONLY way to get credit is by getting a credit card (for someone in my situation). Someone ended up with my card info and whenever I used to cancel a card, I could get another one within 15 minutes, now it takes 7-10 business days.. are you kidding me? The app wont allow me to log in and check my statements as to where my money is going. I find myself having to call them several times a week to fix issues that they have caused. They never even offered to give me my money back that was taken. I will be switching to a new bank ASAP.
