  This is a great bank with excellent customer service! They are always friendly and willing to lend a hand with any type of banking need. I am especially thankful for the way Carla has "gone the extra mile" several times within the past few months to provide help and needed information. The employees at this branch care and are a great asset to this community!

  **Update: November 2024- I suppose about the time I was just over it, so was everyone else 😂 When I posted this, the ATM was out about a total of 3 weeks and then following this, the bank announced that we were being heard and they would be fully replacing the ATM. So far, so good with the new one so I'm renewing this rating and thank you First Citizens! This bank has served us well overall as a company and we've been loyal customers over 20 years, but since moving to Liberty it sadly makes us want to switch banks entirely! The lack of concern at this location for the ATM being functional is downright deplorable. Each time it crashes, which has been at least a dozen times in the last 2 to 3 years, its down for at least a week if not two, and then it just continues to happen over and over again. This is more than inconvenient considering its the only primary banking ATM in the entire town and you have to travel a way in either direction to find another location to even use. During a time like this in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, when travel should be very limited and the highly dysfunctional ATM is causing everyone to go to other towns to access their money, they still show zero urgency or concern to fix an affected towns only ATM! That is inexcusable for it to still be unoperational at this time of need and it is inexcusable for it to be shut down 50% of the time like it constantly is as well! Please do better First Citizens with your ATM, replace it if needed already, because at times like these we need them to be reliably functional and not such a constant burden on our small town when we are dealing with quite enough and most still have no power!

  Great bank! I've been doing business with them for over a decade. I consider Mary Ann to be my personal banker. She is an extremely professional teller with a great personality, who is very knowledgeable and who provides service with a genuine smile! It is people like Mary Ann who make doing business with a company a real pleasure. I highly recommend First Citizens Bank for all your banking needs!
