- JLJacob LeeJul 21, 20231.0Couldn't get through at the other Wells Fargo so I tried this one. Didn't answer the phone. Does anyone work at the Wells Fargo branches in Lexington???
- LLlindzoppotamusJan 16, 20211.0I made an appointment for 4:00p. Came in right on time. No one acknowledged me. Bankers walked past, made eye contact, and completely ignored me! A sweet teller came over to let me know someone would be with me shortly after she finished with her customer. The banker (I think her name was Jan) I was supposed to meet with at 4:00p was with another customer until about 4:20p. A different banker ended up helping me instead - still 20 minutes past my appointment time. She was great. Overall, though, poor customer service. Go to a smaller bank, you will get better service. Appointments are useless as walk-ins are allowed and seem to be cared for first regardless of scheduled appointments. I would recommend First Community Bank.
