Whatever you do DON’T Use their atm. Took my debit card and the workers were dumbfounded about their own services. Them older black female going to say with her smart mouth get another from your bank in a rude tone. Like it’s no biggie, when I new card means new number and updating information. Glad I don’t bank with them, because I would have done a full withdrawal from them due to her rude mouth!

we waited an hour because the girl wouldnt stop talking instead of doing her job. she looked at us waiting to open an account and bluntly ignored our presence, didnt even say 'ill be with you soon' or anything. we ended up leaving because she helped the guy that walked in 40 minutes after us before us. thats bullshit and completely unprofessional

Always a lovely experience at my local bank. I needed to deposit coins and couldn't find paper rolling tubes anywhere, so they were nice enough to give me some.
