Whatever you do DON’T Use their atm. Took my debit card and the workers were dumbfounded about their own services. Them older black female going to say with her smart mouth get another from your bank in a rude tone. Like it’s no biggie, when I new card means new number and updating information. Glad I don’t bank with them, because I would have done a full withdrawal from them due to her rude mouth!

Waited 45 minutes on Someone just for a lady to walk in 30 minutes after us with no appointment and was taken back to be helped instead of us . Then after another 20 minutes of waiting have someone come tell us it was going to be ANOTHER 30 minutes before we are helped . Don’t go to this branch go to a different one .

So much for making a "callback" appointment to speak with an actual person about documentation that was received through the mail. I called them twice and have not received a "callback." Highly unprofessional and it seems that the individuals in the bank don't really care. Thank goodness I don't do business with this bank.
