- JMJesse MoskelNov 17, 20251.0I’ve been cashing cashier checks for my employer for eight weeks now and eight weeks in a row the tellers tell me that there’s a fee. I tell them it’s a cashiers check and there’s not a fee. Remind you these are checks drawn off of Truist Bank… Eventually, they get it right and don’t charge me the fee this time the eighth time they still wanted to charge me a fee and let four other drive-through customers that arrived after me passed before me They assured me it was computer difficulties that was holding them up. Of course it didn’t hold the other four eventually I got my check but good God I hate this bank.

I am a business customer and at this point the only thing I can do is withdraw our funds and close our account to go elsewhere. This place has really gone downhill since Covid
