Key things we appreciated were the way he kept the process on track, his patience with our communication, and keeping us informed along the way. We definitely recommend FCB and Mr. Jones.

I was told by the main office, I would have to go to my local branch. I went to the 728 W. Main street Lexington, SC branch. I walked in and a young man, Garrison Graham Immediately asked me to come back to his office. I must say, he acted like I was his only customer. He took my issues very seriously and solved all them. I would defiantly recommend this branch and employee to anyone!!! Thanks Joe Scottaline
- DRDarren RNov 9, 20181.0Very bad customer service. Have been banking here for years. Try to withdraw money from my account in the drive-thru. Am told can’t cause of limit. Its 8:58am. Then the cashier says I have to wait to use the lobby cause they don’t open til 9am. So why not be courteous and say come on around to the lobby and we will let you in. But instead they don’t open the door til 9:05. So much for caring about your CUSTOMERS who are how you exist. Will be moving my accounts and loans.
