It seems they made an upgrade which affected many accounts and the assistance needed from “who knows who” is backlogged an unknown time period. The bank “service” is kind, gracious but they can do nothing more than report the issue.

I am not a happy customer cause now my power will be shut off before they fix it. Apparently it takes 15 days to count a ATM. We will be changing banks if the problem isn't fixed! I guess it is ok for them to take $560 from innocent people that have to work hard for their money and use for 15 days before they give it to them! 😠
