Dinged by credit to open a savings account, what next??? Flounder's idea of customer service is, 'WE ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR" If this is what a credit union is all about, i'll stay with a regular bank, no benefits with these mullets. Im not a child, i'll be drawing S.S. soon, this arrogant customer service rep informed me I need to call the credit bureau, because my birth date is wrong, its posted as 1959, instead of 1958. How about that, i was able to purchase four different houses with every loan over $150,000 and never hear of this wrong birth date error? four auto loans, no birth date errors? ten credit cards accounts, none of this fishy bogus credit errors? Flounders can't open a simple saving account, what an epic failure!!! Flounders insisted on, get this a, a current, less than 30 day old post office letter, to verify my address. i said like what? a DMV or auto license letter, or a letter from a doctor less than 30 days old, HUH?? who hears from the DMV or who buys an auto license but once a year? I sent four letter with my current address, miss arrogant flounders couldn't see the date or postmarks! So I asked miss brilliant flounders rep, since you so gleefully dinged my credit, go read the credit report and get my address off it, geez!!! FLOUNDER'S APPEARS TO BE BANK QUACKERY AT ITS BEST!!! JUST IMAGINE TRYING TO BUY A HOME WITH THESE MULLETS, NO THANKS!!! I guess im spoiled, i moved from Charlotte, NC, the banking capital of the east coast, to Lancaster, SC. Who knew i would get a paper book, where i had to insert dimes in order to make a deposit. I'll bet you can't deposit a book missing a dime, $4.90 won't work. got to be $5.00 or got home. i always wondered why farmers buried cash, now i know why. F L O U N D E R S
- KRKim RollinsJun 7, 20181.0If I could give negative stars, I would. This branch has given me nothing but troubles. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM GINA BURNS. Read that last sentence again. I sold my vehicle for $22,000 to a client of hers, she failed to send the check via FedEx with a tracking number. So now a large check is floating around "lost" in regular mail with no tracking number. Gina has failed to return my multiple phone calls and voicemails I have left her. I am in contact with the corporate office trying to research and find my check, until then I am out $22k. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, I would highly recommend it.
