- TDTrump All DayAug 24, 20231.0As someone who has multiple Premier checking, savings and investment accounts at Wells with a good amount of assets (which shouldn’t make a difference), all 3 employees we dealt with, 2 tellers and a manager were rude, unprofessional and downright nasty. We didn’t see a branch close to the Hotel Bennett where we’re staying so we drove over 15 minutes just to encounter this. As a former teller I would have never put on a display that these employees did for a simple cash withdrawal. And then no apology, nothing. My hometown branch does spoil me I’ll admit, but this right here was a disgrace.
