I thought paying them a fee for a transaction made me a customer? I took the $20 down the street to Bank of America that changed it for me with a smile, no questions asked.

They also will not let a significant other make a deposit for you in the store, only at an ATM b/c they say they don't allow this but can't prove it is someone else if you do it at an ATM... so why does that make any sense?? Someone with legit information and deposit necessities in the branch isn't ok, but a random person messing with you account at the ATM would be ok in their eyes b/c they "wouldn't know." I have had multiple horrible encounters with house closings, deposits, etc. at this location. Switching banks.
