Every time you come here it is at least a 15-20 minute wait in the drive through. Make sure you have plenty of gas. Have been short staffed for months

On September 3rd I waited in this branch for 10 minutes white the sole teller counted money for a business client. My wife waited in our car. She had Covid and we were on our way to a pharmacy. The “branch leader “ walked in and I asked the teller if she could help me. I was told she was having lunch. I am closing my account with this bank after 10 years. There are lots of banks with much better customer service. Before the merger with Sun Trust, BB&T was a good bank.
