This is the 2nd time I've encountered poor customer service at this bank. My driver license and cards were stolen/lost. There was fraudulent activity on the account and the card was canceled. To access funds, I had to visit the branch. After answering 20 questions, showing my identification, and waiting an excessive amount of time, I was told that my U.S. passport card was not accepted and I could not withdraw funds. I am able to get through TSA security at the airport with my U.S. passport, but I can not access my own account. I went to my credit union and was able to get funds with my passport card in minutes, no problem. Truist makes it easy for criminals to hack your accounts, but difficult for their actual customers. There was no smile, no customer care, no regard for the customer. I have only been keeping limited funds in this account for auto pay transactions since the service has been downhill. I've had this account for over 20 years when the bank was Suntrust. But this is my last month with this bank. DO NOT RECOMMEND...Poor service, poor products and rates.

Slowest staff. It's my closest branch and I actively avoid it.

Came to accompany someone, and to see a person in the office (keep in mind there are four offices each with a person in them) but SOMEHOW there’s only ONE that can handle what we need handled. It’s been more than an hour of just sitting in the chairs in the VERY BACK, as we were rudely instructed to go to.
This is RIDICULOUS…I can expect better service in a convenience store!! so glad I don’t bank here and very sorry for those that have to! Id recommend switching out ASAP if you can!

Everytime I come into this branch since it’s my bank and This is the closest one by me. The person who is able to do anything other than deposits is always out or on lunch. They always send me to the Irmo branch. Never fails. Always try to give the benefit of the doubt and come back but always get sent away.
