- JBJ Briel6 days ago4.0Nice bank took one star for the eight dollars they charged me to cash a check wrote out from there bank, I think all banks should honor there own checks weather you have an account or not. They wanna make money cashing checks, take all checks and charge for ones not from there bank. Legal theft

The interior reflects the excellent maintenance of the exterior, as well as the consideration that they have for their clients. I've found that the bank tellers speak with courtesy, while also not shouting one's personal information across the room. In a digital age of convenience these things can be overlooked, however this branch does still care about the clients who sometimes want to speak to a real person! Thank you for reading!
- SMSC MILSPOUSEMay 5, 20231.0I called ahead about getting small bills for a cancer fundraiser. I was told to use their ATM (pay their fee) and then they would help me. They refused to help, wasting my time & gas. I went to a competitor/national bank (WF) in Chapin where I was treated like a premiere customer, even given a free zippered pouch to use for the event. Never again at First Citizens; no more ATM fees from me!
