I opened my account today and sinse my debit wont be here for 2 weeks i was trying to move some money out of the account to an external account so I could access my funds. They are refusing and when asled how I am supposed to pay bills the customer support person (at the inman branch) laughed and said "You can come get cash out?". Absolutely ridiculous if i wanted all my money in cash i would have brought my check to walmart. Clearly money greedy garbage people who are more worried about holding onto your money and not giving it to you than you paying your bills.
