- DDDavidOct 17, 20241.0I just moved here. I ask to open account. 4 people standing at counter. Not a single customer in bank. They made me wait for no reason. When the guy came out and ask me what I needed. I ask to open account and get my SSI transfered. They said we don't do that. Every bank has done that for me. He said they can't do it. I have to go online and do it myself. I walked out. Google bank help with SSI transfered. It said what I thought. All banks do this. I went to a bank down the street. They help me no problems. P.S. my brother referred me to them, he is now going to close is business account. So lost two accounts.
