- AMAmy MOct 26, 20251.0I was out of town and stopped in the Indian Land branch to get some help regarding an issue with my account. I received poor customer service by the lady I spoke to. There was no resolution and she was clearly not interested in assisting me. I’m grateful I have quality customer service at my local branch. I definitely would not continue with Truist if I had to depend on the employee I dealt with.

In a hurry and a couple minutes from closing, I had money transferred from old to new account.Tried to get money out of my account to pay bills but teller stated had to wait until midnight tonight. Not for sure if she discuss my situation with management but I was told NO. It's very disappointing that other lady that she spoke to would not help. But, it's very disappointing that you can't take money out of your own account to pay bills when you need to. This is the only location that I had an issue with. Poor, poor customer service. The crew that was there today and closed the bank( all needs to be FIRED!!!! Not trustworthy or customer friendly. And yes this is a bank that did this, where people put there hardworking money and can't get it when you need it.
