- AAAlex AleOct 1, 20251.0Td bank in general is very convenient and good overall. Not this branch tho! The worst experience! The tellers feel like they entitled to come up with their own rules, that no other td branch has! We can't deposit money to our account. Small amount and didn't ask for the receipt. No reason had been given. Filed a complaint with hr and hopefully manager gets demoted or fired!

The Bondarev Family once again, we were at the bank again we were with Annie Luna She helped us out to void our check Because the check did not arrive to the correct person and she Waved the fee to cancel our check Really appreciate her assistance once again a five star Rating we are very happy to work with her best of luck to her with everything
