- MMMark McMar 17, 20222.0Love Founders have never had an issue, however me and my fiancé went to refinance her vehicle and I wasn’t very appreciative of John Mays attitude, nor has he been very helpful throughout the process. Or nice either. It’s almost as if he doesn’t want to help. Today my fiancé emailed him and asked him if there was a way to check the status of a check all he said was no. So I told her to call the founders help line low and behold she was immediately helped and taken care of.
