    Useless worthless, they waste your time opening an account for you to close it three days later and don't give a single reason why completing confidence every bank on earth should be wiped off the face of it

    I came into this location with a friend of mine who was going to cash my check for me. I walked up to the teller and spoke with Ann-Marie. Everything was fine at first but she started to question if my check was fake. I understood her telling my friend the risks of cashing my check but she kept going on about if my check was fraudulent the back lash would be in my friend and giving her a look like she was trying to tell her not to do it. I gave Ann-Marie no reason to think my check was fake and it most definitely wasn’t I work very hard for the money I earn. To me this felt like an act of racism and I feel she needs to be disciplined or at least talked to about judging a book by it’s cover.

    Horrible experience due to ignorance. Residential mortgage approval VP absurd. After having approval, rejected a closing! Why pre-approve? Cost us thousands. Looking forward to pursuing issues! Approved at another lender in 15 days!
