I’ve been a bank customer for decades but no one is available to open the safety deposit box, which requires 2 minutes, without an appointment. I waited 20 minutes but no one could be interrupted to do this and yet I could hear the manager having a personal conversation from their open door. There was no indication of when an authorized person could do this for me. I’m moving my safety box to another branch which will hopefully be more responsive. 5/23 This is a few years later and post pandemic. My recent transactions at this branch have been fine. They now provide the service I expect from Wells Fargo. At least 4 stars now.
