- MBMonika BergmanSep 4, 20241.0Never EVER accommodating. Simply needed to close an account with 30 minutes until 5pm. Not doable - need an appointment. Almost every single thing needs an appointment. While this was not a business account, I manage several business accounts & the reason we changed banks is due to the TOTAL lack of accommodation by this bank (never easy to wire transfer, get a notary, etc.) Go elsewhere for a real banking relationship.

Went to Wells, Lauren went out of the way to help even though I am not a Wells customer. Wells gained a new customer (will open a new account when we get back home) because of Lauren, if management sees this give her a raise, award, she exemplifies customer service.
