- SBSimone BraceyOct 14, 20251.0The automated service at Truist is soooo bad. Then trying to speak with a representative at the Truist is even worse. They give you the option to change your personal information online yet still your unable to do so and you have to go into to bank and join a line just to change your telephone number. After calling 7 Truist locations and 6 repeated dials then being put on hold for 33 minutes, I don’t feel like having this account any more.
