I’ve loved banking at TD but was really impressed with the handful of times I came to this location. Today I was worried about leaving my dog in the car while needing to sit with Kim at the desk.. staff was phenomenal and told me ALL TD banking locations are pet friendly. Sokka had a blast getting to socialize :)

I have never had a problem sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open but this morning a lady I’ve never seen in there before came up to me and told me I had to leave and come bank cause they couldn’t do anything to open with me sitting in my car. So I left and went to Spartanburg location and they had no problems with me. I have never had anything like this said to or anyone or any bank do this. I will never be back to this location again. This lady does not know how to talk to customers.

They always help me and make me feel like family. The other day my son dumped a milkshake all over himself while I was in the drive thru and they gave me napkins and germx to clean him up! Also Shaun looks like Antman according to my son 😂
