  Came to second WF branch today, in another attempt to help my daughter open her first checking account. We were turned away at our first attempt (no “bankers” available). SAME STORY HERE. Offered to schedule an appointment in a week, or more. After voicing some curiosity about the obvious lack of staff, they told us to sit down, and they’d “see if they could maybe help.” After a 15-minute wait, spent watching THREE tellers do absolutely nothing behind the counter, my daughter was called back to a desk, where there apparently WAS a banker available. It is a truly sad day when it takes this much effort, and this much time, to open a simple personal account. What should have been a special, significant moment in my daughter’s life turned into a tiresome, arduous task, and has me seriously reconsidering WF as my bank of choice. If this hadn’t happened at two different locations in the same day, it may not be as concerning.

  Went there Monday afternoon to deposit a load of cash the lady yelled out how much out loud while walking from the money counter instead of confirming on the screen as well as blurting out my account balance . I was shocked to say the least never have I had that happen at a bank before. If you don’t want your personal information blurted out with a line full of people I wouldn’t recommend. A long time customer but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere as I already have multiple accounts at other banks . Where is the discretion ?

  Went there this morning to cash a check. I work 3rd shift. I got off work, picked my 5 month old baby up and decided to sit in the parking lot (around 8:20) until they opened (get everthing done then go home and get some sleep). A kind gentleman in his car next to me kindly told me that they don't open till 9 o'clock. Understood. Then I saw a lady speaking through the door to tell the man that I needed to move away from the front parking spot near the door. He kindly ask me if I could pull in the unshaded area so that this lady could open the door to the bank???? (Mind you this bank has double doors... If she was really that concerned she could've locked the first door behind her. I've worked 3rd shift most of my working life and have sat in font of many banks for them to open and have never had a probleg. On top of that, I don't have an account with this bank... And during my visit, they never asked if I wanted to open an account with them👀???
