    I had a wonderful experience at the Wells Fargo branch on Woodruff Road. Aparna was extremely professional, kind, and patient throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made the process easy to understand, and truly went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days, and I really appreciate her attention to detail and friendly attitude. Thank you, Aparna, and the entire team at this branch, for making banking such a positive experience!

    I rarely leave reviews, but ever since the previous manager, Jamie, left for a position at Chase per her previous co-workers at Wells Fargo, this branch has gone downhill. Every time I visit, the tellers are on their phones and act as if assisting customers is an inconvenience. The current branch manager, Dwayne, doesn’t seem concerned about customer issues and appears to lack basic banking knowledge. At one point, I even overheard him ask a teller if he had completed my transaction so I wouldn’t receive a survey which made the interaction even more unprofessional, and most likely aided in Dwayne becoming disrespectful towards me. I’m not sure what survey he is referring to but I wish I had received a survey, as this experience has been extremely disappointing, hence the google review. It’s unfortunate that Wells Fargo allowed another banking company take Jamie; she was excellent at her job. Now that she’s managing at Chase just down the road, I’ll be moving my business there. I hope upper management takes notice of the unprofessional behavior at this branch and makes the necessary changes/terminations.

    I went into the bank because I had trouble with my account and they told me I needed to go to a local branch to resolve the issue. I was worried because I got there pretty late (450 pm), but they were really nice. A great banker named Lonnie helped me get everything cleared up, and was very professional and helpful. I ended up having to stay a bit later than closing to conclude, but I never felt rushed and it was overall very positive and smooth. I'm glad this branch is so close to my home and people here are so nice. Def give props to Lonnie, 10/10 service.
