- STSuzanne TuscanoDec 29, 20251.0I was in before Christmas..would have been 20 or 30 minute wait to close an account. I have since zeroed out my account. Today, I tried calling to see if I need to do anything else...all you get is recordings and when you hit zero.....all personnel are busy...they say you can wait...after the 2nd time they send you back into automated !!!! God help them if by zeroing out my savings on line there is more to do!!!!!
