I went to the Wells Fargo on Augusta road in Greenville. I wanted to open a new account. An important account. I walked in, right past all the employees who had nothing in the world to do not even a customer present other than myself. I sat down, in a chair in Plainview of all the employees. All the employees that had better things to do than address me apparently. I sat and sat and sat. Not another customer in the bank other than myself. Finally one of the account managers came out of his office walk straight across the lobby straight to the tellers who had nothing to do. They started up a conversation amongst themselves and chit chatting while I sat there. I got up and as I was walking past them to exit Wells Fargo one of them had the audacity to turn to me and say have a nice day. Wow they say time is money and that happens to be true. Wells Fargo. However, I went right down Augustus road to First Citizens. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted in the warmest way. Before I could even sit down they had an account manager coming out to greet me and bring me back into our office. It took approximately 10 minutes to complete the entire process of opening a brand new account. All these employees at First Citizens on Augusta road were so warm and so friendly and beyond helpful I don't even know what to say. My heart loves them. Oh maybe I should add also that they also keep in touch with you after you leave the bank and keep you up-to-date and help you out when your card comes to their location and they let you know everything on time and I can go on and on and on about First Citizens. Banking with First Citizens is easier than using this phone to write this review right now. I absolutely love kind compassionate wonderful people with all my heart and soul! I love you First Citizens!
